During World War II, EJ Lamulle honed his pile-driving expertise while constructing docks in the Pacific. Upon returning home after the war, he faced a new challenge—rebuilding his own camp on the Louisiana coast, devastated by the hurricane of 1947. His success in reconstruction drew the attention of neighbors, who sought his help to restore their raised homes, camps, and piers. This marked the beginning of Lamulle Construction, a company rooted in resilience and a dedication to community rebuilding. Today, led by David Lamulle and John Lamulle, EJ’s son and grandson, the company remains family-owned and committed to its founding principles of craftsmanship, integrity, and excellence.
